1. Item’s may be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. Item’s must be in brand new condition with all seals attached. Opened containers will not be accepted for return.
2. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. We do not accept any returns after 30 days of the initial purchase, no exceptions.
4. Powder’s cannot be returned.
5. Buyer must obtain a return authorization number by calling (877)820-4883. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm PST. Return authorization number must be affixed to the outside of the box. Failure to include return authorization number will result in product being refused and returned to customer.
6. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer.
7. A copy of your original invoice must accompany the return. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a duplicate copy of your invoice.
8. A note stating the reason of return must be included in the shipment.
9. Buyer is responsible for all return fees of the product.
10. Return shipping cost will be refunded to customer if the reason for the return is the result of a Montiff error.

6. I received a return authorization and sent my product back, when will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be completed once the product is received and inspected by our quality control department. Refunds may take up to two weeks to process.
