Standard Shipping Policy.
Orders received before 12PM PST Monday-Thursday (Excluding Holiday’s) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day. All orders ship via UPS Ground.
1. How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $13.95* (Excluding shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. If you would like to place an order shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please email us at support@montiff.com for shipping rates)
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times do not include the day of shipment and only include business days (Monday through Friday). To find detailed shipping information, please find the State of your ship to address and match that to the Transit Days in the right hand corner. For example, if an order is placed on Thursday and is shipping to Indiana, the shipment should be received by the following Wednesday.
3. Do You Ship to All 50 States?
Yes, we currently ship to all States in the U.S. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please email us at support@montiff.com or give us a call toll free at (877) 820-4883.
4. Do you ship Internationally?
We regret that we do not ship internationally at this time.
5. What shipping method do you use?
We ship all of our packages via UPS Ground.
6. I need my shipment faster, do you have expedited shipping?
7. Can I pick up product locally?
No, we currently do not have local pick-up available.
8. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
9. How do I track my shipment?
At the time of purchase you provide us with your email address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation from UPS which will include the tracking number.
10. Why do shipments of special order items ship out later?
Special order items are made to order. They require a few additional days to process. If you would like to purchase a special order item but are unsure about when it will get to you, please email support@montiff.com.
11. An item I want to buy is not in stock, how do I find out when it will be back in stock?
If an item is out of stock online and you would like to find out availability, please send us an e-mail at support@montiff.com.
12. I wasn’t home when UPS came, what should I do?
UPS will make three separate attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, the package will be sent back to Montiff. An additional shipping fee of $13.95 will be charged in order to ship the product out to you a second time. 13. My order was supposed to be here and I haven’t received it?
Track your package at www.ups.com. You can receive detailed information on your package and its’ whereabouts. UPS is not responsible for delays due to weather and acts of God. Please contact us at support@montiff.com for any additional questions.
